This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for our SaaS product. 1. Overview

Babli.ai (referred to as "we", "our", or "us") is a B2B SaaS product that helps developers translate their web apps, mobile apps, or software into different languages using machine learning, including the OpenAI GPT API. This policy applies to all paid plans and usage of our service.

2. Merchant of Record

All payments for Babli.ai are handled through Paddle.com, which serves as our Merchant of Record. Any payment-related inquiries or refund requests should be processed through Paddle.com.

3. Plans and Billing

We offer the following plan types:

• Free Plan: Users can pay per translation as needed.
• Paid Plans: Monthly subscription plans that include prepaid credits for translations.

For all paid plans, users are billed on a monthly basis.

4. Refund Policy

a) Refunds for Subscription Payments

If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may request a refund for the current or the last month's subscription. However, refunds will only be given for unused credits.

Used credits: If you have already used some or all of your prepaid credits for the current or previous month, we will deduct the value of the used credits from the refund amount. For example, if you have used $50 worth of credits in a month, and your monthly plan costs $100, the refund will be up to $50.

b) Refunds for Translation Issues

If you are unhappy with the translation quality provided by Babli.ai, we offer credit compensation. You may be eligible for up to $20 in credits to be refunded back to your account, which can be used for future translations.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account on the Babli.ai platform. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• You will retain access to the Babli.ai service and any remaining unused credits for the rest of the billing cycle.
• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time or unused credits at the time of cancellation, except in cases covered under the refund policy mentioned above.

6. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

• Timeframe: Refunds are available for up to 30 days from the purchase date of the subscription period in question.
• Processing Time: Refund requests may take up to 7 business days to be processed after receiving your request.
